The “Purple Swag” hip hop artist and his A$AP crew mobbed their way through art gallery The Hole for the release of “Long.Live.A$AP.” Click below for my SHOTS:
What: A$AP Rocky’s album release party for Long.Live.A$AP
Where: NYC (NoHo/East Village)
Venue: The Hole
When: January 15, 2013
Who: A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Mike Dean, Louise Donegan, A$AP Mob, Sowmya K, Mike N, and many more.
Notes: A$AP Rocky and the A$AP Mob rolled deep through NoHo art gallery The Hole to celebrate the release of Rocky’s much-anticipated RCA Records album, Long.Live.A$AP. Setting the event at an art gallery was fitting, considering Rocky’s documented taste of the finer things in life – such as, well, art and fashion.
Guests enjoyed an open bar of Hennessy and Belvedere as they mingled in the open space among scantily clad models wearing/holding Rocky’s black and white American flag.
Although Rocky chose not to perform, he did support fellow crew member – and newly signed – A$AP Ferg by rapping alongside him and participating in their patented A$AP mosh pit. I can say I successfully survived the mosh.
Shouts to everyone I saw out there, including Eric and Jeff (ItsTheReal), Naud, Matt and Javick (ItsBongoBoy), Podge, Sowmya, and Mike. Thanks for the camera assistance, Jenna N!
