
Concert: 070 Shake Shakes the Block for Her Brooklyn Debut at Baby’s All Right
Hot Jersey up and coming lyricist Shake made her way to Brooklyn for two sold out shows at Baby’s All Right. We were at night one to witness the strong performance in what could be a very promising career for the young artist.

After an insane week, I ended it off with a bang. We linked with Declan McKenna for his last show of SXSW and ended with seeing my favorite group of all time – The Roots. Special guests a plenty in a truly memorable day. Click below for just a sampling of what I saw:

Four days in and no signs of slowing! SXSW heated up with performances from Niykee Heaton, Anderson .Paak and more. This was one of my favorite days of the past two years. A few shots below:

By far the busiest day, we ran from place to place to try and catch as much as possible. It included seeing British import Little Simz (by a lucky mistake) to our old friend Dex Kwasi. You’ll want to check out a review of pictures below:

Event: SXSW – Best of Day 2 Featuring The Chainsmokers, Future, Santigold, and More
Day 2 was the actual first full day of SXSW Music and it was also one of the most active of the 5 days. We saw everyone from Santigold to Jidenna rock the stage as we attended the MTV Woodies and YouTube’s showcase. Click below for a taste of what we saw:

Event: SXSW – Best of Day 1 Featuring Lewis Del Mar and St. Lucia
We started Day 1 of SXSW off by checking out St. Lucia soundcheck at Stubb’s and followed it up with the first show from Lewis Del Mar. Incredible. Ended it back at Stubb’s for St. Lucia. What a way to start. Check out a few shots below:
